KOGEL BEARINGS derailleur rollers 2nd generation MTB Cross Seals | 14/14 t for SRAM 12-speed
The 14-tooth rear derailleur rollers from Kogel Bearings and make your SRAM 12-speed MTB rear derailleur more efficient. Due to the large outer diameter of the pulley wheels, the chain itself moves less and there is less friction. In short, the larger rolls make you faster. To further reduce friction, Kogel relies on its tried and tested ceramic bearings. They ensure that the rollers run smoothly. Milled from hard aluminum, the pulley wheels are built for a long life, and Kogel's special Cross Seals offer longer resistance to dirt.
The original derailleur cage can be retained when using the Kogel rollers. (L - lower = lower roller, U - upper = upper roller)
2nd generation
Kogel's second-generation derailleur rollers are dimensioned so that they fit into the standard derailleur cages from SRAM and Shimano and the maximum possible number of teeth is used. The rollers themselves are milled from aluminum and have a tapered edge on the teeth to prevent the chain from jamming when it starts dancing during jumps and rough descents. In addition, the height of the teeth has been increased to ensure a better hold of the chain.
What remains unchanged are Kogel's super pliable ceramic bearings and the choice of seals.
Cross seals
Cross Seals provide additional protection against external weather conditions such as dust, water and mud. They are ideal for CX or MTB use and when value is placed on maximum service life.
