While cycling in Italy and experiencing the connection between espresso and riding your bike, it was an obvious choice to have a proper cafe in The Wheelhouse.  Our goal is to get a proper shot of espresso in you and on your bike to start your ride rather than a long lineup of riders paying for an expensive coffee.  

We have teamed up with Illy for an enjoyable espresso drinking experience as well as a killer Nitro Cold Brew for the hot long days in the saddle.  Our pastries come from a local legend known for offering some of the best pastries in Calgary.  Their local, family run business is in perfect alignment with our vision for supporting local with real people and stories.
